Emmanuel Tsesmelis is Australia's No. 1 Passion Coach, a fully qualified life and business coach, producer of the "My Passion - Exclusive Audio Collection" and head facilitator in mypassioncoach workshops and seminars. Emmanuel's theory on your work life and financial success is quite simple. He believes that you should love what you do. Your job should not be hard work, painful, or something you dread from the moment you wake up in the morning. It should be something you enjoy and find rewarding, both emotionally and, especially, financially.
Back in 1993, Emmanuel started a fashion business. And he was good at it. By the third year of operation he was, by anyone's standards, "hugely successful". He was very well regarded in the industry and social circles. He had lots and lots of money. He and his family could do whatever they liked and buy whatever they wanted. It was "a great life".
However, inspite of these outstanding achievements in commercial arenas such as business management, communications, finance, systems, recruitment, retail and marketing, Emmanuel was still left feeling unhappy, frustrated and directionless. Until, that is, a chance conversation with one his best clients - the CEO of a company that all Australians will be familiar with.
His client looked down in the dumps while having a coffee after a meeting one day. "What's wrong?" Emmanuel enquired. The client replied that he had woken up a few weeks ago to realise his working life was a "disaster".
"Emmanuel, I've got the money, the job, the power, the family, the life, but I'm desperately sad as I go to work each day. I hate my job. I sold out on my dreams years ago and now it's too late".
Emmanuel found himself saying "Mate, it's never too late". What's more, he found himself believing it, and a penny dropped in Emmanuel's own working life.
Since then, Emmanuel and the mypassioncoach team have assisted hundreds and hundreds of Australians find their own passions, their own dreamsand their own path to prosperity in their working life.
