All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery, Shipping and Handling

• All orders will be shipped by Australia Post via parcel post and e-parcel. Insurance is included in the cost and both services are trackable from the time of posting and require a signature at their destination as proof of delivery.
• Please allow up to ten days for delivery of the products to you from the date of your order.
• All delivery prices quoted include handling costs and insurance where appropriate, and are based on the weight and destination.
• All prices quoted are for delivery to one address only.
• You are responsible for paying any applicable local duty or taxes on good delivered outside Australia.

Returns

Any request to return a product must be lodged within seven days of receipt of the item.

If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please lodge a request for return within seven days of receipt of the item and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
